Sample Steps:

1. Give us all your sample details

1>Buyer sends us their own design/drawing and tell us all their requirements including materialcolor sizeprice target and so on.

2>We will quote an estimated price based onf image but we will have more accurate price when physica sample comes out.

3>Sample cost is $100 per desginbut it would be returned when bulk order placed exceeds 1000pcs.

We may ask more it the design is very complicated please help understanding 

cause we also need to pay printing/embroideryfactoryand salary to designers.

4>Sample leadtime is 5-7 working daysif you need it urgentlywe can also rush it.

5>After you paid us sample fee  we will process with sample stage accordingly.

We will send you material/ color swatch for your approval and options

2. Designer start working on the moulds.

1>We have four designers here and all of them have full experiences on plush customization.

2>After moulds finished.we will make a test sample according to buyer's mould and then adjust shape 

   the test sample is without printing or embroidery.

3. Making a final sample.

1>After buyer confirmed the shape we will send to printing and embroidery.

2>Workers will make sample like sewing filling and finalize a complete sample here

3>We will send buyer sample images and videos in full angles if they need and modifications,

we were happy to cooperate with we will not ship out samples directly without buyer’s visual approval

4>Buyer pay shipping cost we arrange air shipment for them.

We normally use express like UPS Fedex DHL and TNT for samples.

5>Once you received the sample,please get us back with further comments 

 we won't stop revising until you were satisfied and ready to place bulk orders.
